On June 31, 2015, the cultural , literary , artistic and research site was established and inaugurated by Zohreh Pirhayati. It is obvious that Mr. Mohammad Pirhayati (Mones) the Iranian writer, artist and researcher, who lives in Norway, plays no role in establishing, managing and running the site and I am responsible for presenting and displaying all the programs both in pictorial and verbal fields.
